Is SHINEY really a RAPIST?

Shiney Ahuja's movie "SINS" directed and produced by Vinod Pande was released in 2005 where a Catholic priest becomes romantically involved with a young woman. Check the SINS movie scene above! But that was a movie, isn't it? Why is he got involved today with the RAPE CASE and GOD knows whether he is innocent or not?

Today, he was arrested after a domestic help at his suburban Oshiwara residence filed a complaint that he had raped her on Sunday afternoon while they were alone at his house.

Well, looking at the handsome gentleman, nobody can say that he would have raped his maid as there are thousands of beautiful girls ready to die for one of his cute smile. Even, he got his sweet and small family too (wife & sweet 2 years old daughter).

Shiney Ahuja remanded to police custody till June 18..

Shiney, arrested early this morning, was produced before a magistrate's court in Suburban Andheri where hearing on prosecutor S S Kasture and Ahuja's counsel Shrikant Shivade, the court granted police custody of Ahuja till June 18 (3days) to conduct further investigations. The court also denied permission for Shiney to meet his family members, present in the court. However his counsel is allowed to visit him daily till 18 June.

The statements of witnesses in the case were still to be recorded and clothes recovered from the victim and Ahuja have been sent to Kalina Forensic Science Laboratory for tests, the results of which are awaited, Kasture said.

Still looking cute & innocent in yellow T-shirt and jeans in the court, he was quiet throughout the court proceedings without making any eye-contact with anyone. However, above is not his same photo; this is an old one.

Indian film industry was shocked by news of Ahuja's arrest. Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt said "It is a death knell for his career. I don't think you can ever recover from such a heinous allegation. If he is guilty, then as an industry we must express our outrage at the incident."

Shiney Ahuja arrested today for RAPING his maid..

Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja born on May 15 1973 in New Delhi was arrested early Monday today on raping his 18 year old maid after preliminary tests conducted confirming sexual assault.

The Oshiwara police officials say that he has been booked under sections of the IPC for rape (376), criminal intimidation (506) and wrongful confinement (342) and is to be produced before a magistrate's court later in the day.

His maid had been working there for the last one-and-a-half months. She approached the Oshiwara police at around 7 pm Sunday and told the police that Ahuja had raped her when she had come for domestic work to Ahuja's flat. The actor's wife was not at home. She says "He took me into his bedroom, gagged and raped me around 3 pm to 5 pm on Sunday. As I was traumatised after the incident so I went to my relative place" Her relatives along with the girl then approached the police station," said DCP Niket Kaushik.

Ahuja is married and is known for his roles in films like ‘Hazaroon Khwaishe, ‘Aish' and ‘Gangster'. But know, Shiney Ahuja will be known for a REALTY RAPE SHOW!!


I am actually confused that why will he do that? What do you think? Would he really rape a black skinny girl however being so rich and handsome he could have had a plenty of pretty options?
